The venue is pure magic. Established in 1858, Café Tortoni has welcomed generations of poets, thinkers, and musicians (even legends like Borges and Carlos Gardel were regulars here). With its modest wooden stage, soft amber lighting, and just a scattering of tables, we always feel as though we’re part of a secret gathering where history itself sways to the music.
While there’s no live orchestra, the carefully chosen recordings are flawless, and the professional dancers pour genuine passion and flawless technique into every movement, leaving us spellbound every time.

Reservamos nuestras entradas con una semana de antelación y nos asignaron asientos cerca del escenario. El show es un poco corto y la actuación previa nos pareció algo extraña. El enfoque principal es el tango, pero nosotros también fuimos a ver El Querandí y nos pareció un show de mayor calidad.
Es una buena opción si simplemente quieres disfrutar de una muestra de tango profesional. Sin embargo, en este sitio web puedes encontrar show mejores si buscas una experiencia más completa.

Pasamos una muy buena tarde. Reservamos el espectáculo para las 18:00. Efectivamente, puedes saltarte la fila e ir directamente a la recepción. Pedimos comida y bebidas justo antes del show. El espectáculo estuvo muy bien, aunque fue un poco corto.
